Please be advised that all previous Rule 1020 submission links and platforms are already deactivated. All new applications must be submitted via the Official DOLE Online Compliance Portal. Applications that have already been submitted through the previous platforms will continue to be processed internally. Applicants are reminded to ensure that all required documents are complete, accurate, and properly uploaded to avoid delays in the processing and evaluation of applications.
